Abstract

本发明公开了一种电石法氯丁橡胶废水综合处理系统,氯丁橡胶生产废水依次经过格栅井、沉淀池和隔油池后进入预曝调节池相连,电石上清液进入催化氧化池,催化氧化池内设有曝气装置,催化氧化池的出水口与脱硫沉淀池相连,脱硫沉淀池的出水口与预曝调节池相预曝调节池内设有曝气装置;预曝调节池的出水口通过提升泵与气浮沉淀一体机相连,气浮沉淀一体机的出水口通过管道与PACT好氧反应池相连,PACT好氧反应池的出水与二沉池相连,二沉池的污泥通过污泥回流泵回到预曝调节池;二沉池的出水口与接触氧化池相连,接触氧化池的出水口与终沉池相连,终沉池的出水口与BAC塔的废水进口相连,BAC塔的出水口与快滤池相连,能稳定达标排放。
The invention discloses a calcium-carbide-process chloroprene rubber wastewater comprehensive treatment system. Chloroprene rubber production wastewater sequentially passes through a grid well, a precipitation tank and an oil separation tank and enters a pre-aeration regulating tank; a calcium carbide supernate enters a catalytic oxidation tank; an aeration device is arranged in the catalytic oxidation tank; a water outlet of the catalytic oxidation tank is connected with a desulfurization precipitation tank; a water outlet of the desulfurization precipitation tank is connected with the pre-aeration regulating tank; an aeration device is arranged in the pre-aeration regulating tank; a water outlet of the pre-aeration regulating tank is connected with a floatation-precipitation integrated machine through a lifting pump; a water outlet of the floatation-precipitation integrated machine is connected with a PACT aerobic reaction tank through a pipeline; a water outlet of the PACT aerobic reaction tank is connected with a secondary precipitation tank; sludge of the secondary precipitation tank is pumped back to the pre-aeration regulating tank through a sludge return pump; a water outlet of the secondary precipitation tank is connected with a contact oxidation tank; a water outlet of the contact oxidation tank is connected with a final precipitation tank; a water outlet of the final precipitation tank is connected with a wastewater inlet of a BAC tower; and a water outlet of the BAC tower is connected with a rapid filter. The system can implement stable discharge after reaching the standard.
