Abstract

本发明的一种组装液晶电视的缓冲条点胶工艺及液晶电视,其包括步骤:利用点胶机将胶水在框体上点胶涂覆一周形成封闭的圆角矩形;通过固化设备将点胶涂覆后的框体进行固化,固化时间为4-10s;将固化后的框体与待组装部件进行组装。通过本发明的上述缓冲条点胶工艺,不仅大大提高了组装效率和产品良率,降低了人工成本,还避免了液晶玻璃侧边点硅胶工艺占用空间大的问题;另外,本发明的缓冲条点胶工艺组装的产品具有优异的可返工性,组装完成后液晶玻璃与胶条只有摩擦力作用而不粘连,从而避免了液晶玻璃侧边点硅胶工艺的玻璃碎裂现象。
The invention provides a buffer strip dispensing process for assembling a liquid crystal television and the liquid crystal television. The process includes the steps that a dispenser is adopted to conduct dispensing on a frame body and spread glue on the periphery of the frame body to form a sealed rounded rectangle; the dispensed and coated frame body is solidified through a solidifying device, and the solidifying time ranges from 4s to 10s; the solidified frame body and components to be assembled are assembled. By means of the buffer strip dispensing process, the assembly efficiency is improved greatly, the product yield is increased greatly, the manual cost is lowered, and the problem that the occupied space is large by means of a liquid crystal glass side edge silica gel dispensing process is further avoided; furthermore, a product assembled through the buffer strip dispensing process has excellent reworkable performance, assembled liquid crystal glass and adhesive tape have the friction function without bonding, and thus the glass fragmentation phenomenon of the liquid crystal glass side edge silica gel dispensing process is avoided.
