Abstract

The invention discloses a deep-thin hole chrome-plating anode and a preparation method thereof. The prepared anode comprises a steel wire. One end of the steel wire is a pier head. The pier head end of the steel wire is provided with a positioning sleeve. A copper layer with a unilateral thickness of 0.04-0.08mm is plated on the outer surface of the steel wire. A lead layer or a lead-tin alloy layer with a unilateral thickness of 0.15+/-0.025mm is plated on the copper layer. Knurled recesses are formed in the plated section of the steel wire. The anode can be prepared through the following steps: recesses are formed in the steel wire through knurling; the positioning sleeve is arranged behind the pier head in a sleeving manner; the copper layer is plated; and the lead layer or the lead-tin alloy layer is plated. The anode can also be prepared through the following steps: the positioning sleeve is arranged behind a round steel wire pier head; the copper layer is plated; the lead layer or the lead-tin alloy layer is plated; and recesses are formed in the lead or lead-tin alloy layer through knurling. With the knurled recesses in the deep-thin hole chrome-plating anode provided by the invention, the surface area and cross-section area of the anode are increased, so that the one-time chrome-plating qualification rate of pipe fittings with small and deep hole diameters is improved by 50%.
本发明公布了一种深孔镀铬阳极及其制作方法,制作出的阳极包括钢丝,所述钢丝的一端墩头,钢丝的墩头端设置有定位套筒;所述钢丝的外表面镀有单边厚度是0.04~0.08mm的铜层;所述铜层上镀有单边厚度是0.15±0.025mm的铅层或者铅-锡合金层;所述钢丝的镀层段设置有滚花槽。所述阳极可以通过在钢丝上滚花开槽、墩头后套定位套筒套、镀铜层、镀铅层或铅-锡合金层制得;该阳极还可以通过在圆钢丝墩头后套定位套筒、镀铜层、电镀铅层或铅-锡合金层、在铅层或铅-锡合金层上进行滚花开槽制得。本发明的深孔镀铬阳极上的滚花槽的设置增大了阳极的表面积和横截面积,从而使小孔径、深孔径管件一次性镀铬合格率提高了50%。
