Abstract

The invention discloses a protein related to rice ATP transportation and chloroplast development, as well as an encoding gene and applications thereof. The protein is named as OsBT3 protein, and derived from rice variety Nipponbare, and is a protein including amino acid sequence in the description, and is a protein derived by substitution, and/or missing and addition of one or more amino acid residues and related to rice ATP transportation and chloroplast development. The protein has important theoretical significance and practical meaning for further clarifying the molecular mechanism of the plant chloroplast development and culturing new variety with high-photosynthetic efficiency through the technology and means of gene engineering.
本发明公开了一种与水稻ATP运输及水稻叶绿体发育相关的蛋白及其编码基因和应用。本发明提供的蛋白质,命名为OsBT3蛋白,来自水稻品种Nipponbare,是由说明书中所述氨基酸序列组成的蛋白质,并且经由一个或几个氨基酸残基的取代和/或缺失和/添加可衍生而来的与水稻ATP运输及叶绿体发育相关的蛋白质。本发明对于进一步阐明植物叶绿体发育的分子机理并通过基因工程的技术和手段培育高光效的作物新品种具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
