Abstract

The invention discloses a making method for an agricultural thin-wall micro drip tube. The preparation steps include: 1) mixing raw materials according to the following mass part: 10-50 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 80-120 parts of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), 0.01-0.1 part of an antioxidant and 1-5 parts of carbon black masterbatch, then fully stirring the materials for 8-12min by a stirrer, and then performing blending granulation by a single screw extruder; and 2) subjecting the granules prepared by step 1) to extrusion by a tube machine and a tube extrusion auxiliary machine, cooling, shaping, traction, and coiling by a coiling machine, thus obtaining the finished tube. The novel thin-wall micro drip tube for agriculture, horticulture and other industries has the advantage of low cost, good water saving property, cold resistance and ageing resistance, etc. The novel thin-wall micro drip tube has longer service life than ordinary micro drip tubes, and is convenient to use and install.
本发明公开了一种农用薄壁微滴管的制作方法,制备步骤如下:1)将各原料组分按以下质量份数配比混合,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)10-50质量份,线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)80-120质量份,抗氧剂0.01-0.1质量份,炭黑母料1-5质量份,然后经搅拌机充分搅拌8-12分钟,再经单螺杆挤出机中共混造粒;2)将步骤1)中制得的颗粒再通过管材机和管材挤出辅助机挤出、冷却、定型、牵引、通过盘卷机盘卷,即得成品管材。农业、园艺等行业用新型薄壁微滴管,具有成本低、节水性好、耐寒抗老化等优点。新型薄壁微滴管比普通微滴管使用年限长,使用安装方便。
