Abstract

本发明提供了一种抗拉强度520MPa级搅拌罐用钢及其生产方法。该钢的化学成分按重量百分比计为:C:0.14~0.18%,Si≤0.15%,Mn:1.20~1.50%,P≤0.015%,S≤0.005%,Als:0.020~0.060%,Cu:0.20~0.33%,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。该钢的生产方法,按通常纯净钢工艺进行,包括转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、连铸、铸坯加热、轧制、层流冷却、卷取、精整的步骤。本发明钢的下屈服强度≥365MPa、抗拉强度≥520MPa,延伸率能够达到A≥20%,同时其表面硬度HV10达到140以上,由此提高搅拌罐用钢的耐磨性能。
The invention provides steel with 520MPa-grade tensile strength for an agitator tank and a production method of the steel. The steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.14-0.18% of C, no more than 0.15% of Si, 1.20-1.50% of Mn, no more than 0.015% of P, no more than 0.005% of S, 0.020-0.060% of Als, 0.20-0.33% of Cu, the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The production method of the steel is carried out according to an ordinary clean steel process and comprises the following steps: converter smelting, LF refining, continuous casting, casting blank heating, rolling, laminar cooling, reeling up, and finishing. The lower yield strength of the steel is greater than or equal to 365MPa, the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 520MPa, the elongation percentage can reach A which is greater than or equal to 20%, and meanwhile, the surface hardness HV10 is over 140, and thus the wear-resisting property of the steel for the agitator tank is improved.
