Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for an adsorbing material for removing low-concentration phenol from a water body, and belongs to the field of sewage treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting a certain amount of brown rice, rolling the brown rice by using a rice husking machine, separating the rice from rice husk, screening the rice husk by using a 20-mesh sieve, washing the screened rice husk, and drying the washed rice husk to obtain primary rice husk; boiling the washed and dried rice husk and a hydrochloric acid, and washing the boiled rice husk to be neutral by using distilled water; boiling the processed rice husk and a NaOH solution; washing the rice husk to be neutral by using the distilled water and drying the washed rice husk at 120 DEG C; mildewing the dried rice husk in a dark, damp and ventilated place; during mildewing, wetting the rice husk by using a chloroform solution every other two days; after mildew buds grow, sterilizing the rice husk by using a 1 percent H2O2 solution; and after the sterilizing is performed, roasting the rice husk repeatedly on a stove, then cooling rapidly, performing freeze-drying, and finally, adding beta beta'-oxygen dipropyl nitrile for modifying to obtain a phenol adsorbent. The adsorption capacity of the adsorbing material prepared by using the method disclosed by the invention can be greatly improved by modifying; the environmental stress is relieved and meanwhile economic benefits are brought by the comprehensive utilization of rice husk ash.
本发明涉及一种去除低浓度水体中苯酚吸附材料制备方法,属于污水处理领域。选取一定量的糙米,使用碾米机碾辊、分离出白米与稻壳,过20目筛,洗净、烘干,得初步稻壳;将洗净的干燥稻壳与盐酸煮沸,用蒸馏水洗至中性;取经处理的稻壳与NaOH溶液煮沸,再用蒸馏水洗至中性并于120℃下烘干;把所得稻壳放在阴暗、潮湿、通风的地方发霉;发霉期间,每隔两天用氯仿溶液淋湿,待出霉芽后,用质量分数为1%H2O2溶液灭菌;灭菌后,在火炉上反复焙炒,然后迅速冷却,冷冻干燥,最后加入ββ’-氧二丙腈对其改性,即可得到苯酚吸附剂。本发明制得的吸附材料经过改性后可大大提高其吸附能力;稻壳灰的综合利用在缓解环境压力的同时还带来经济效益。
