Abstract

本发明公开了一种高压天然气轻烃高收率回收方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将低压天然气直接通过分子筛脱水,变温吸附脱烃,再生混烃冷却,进一步低温冷却,液烃气液分离,最终得到的液相混烃产品:丙烷收率>94%,丁烷收率>99%,戊烷收率>99%,并且装置能耗<0.002Kw/1Nm3原料气,解决了传统轻烃回收过程中的轻烃收率低,能耗高的技术难题。
The invention discloses a high-yield recovery method of light hydrocarbon of high-pressure natural gas. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: dewatering low-pressure natural gas directly through a molecular sieve, removing hydrocarbon through temperature swing adsorption, cooling regenerated mixed hydrocarbon, further cooling at the low temperature, and performing gas-liquid separation on liquid hydrocarbon to finally obtain a liquid-phase mixed hydrocarbon product, wherein the propane yield is more than 94%, the butane yield is more than 99%, and the pentane yield is more than 99%. Moreover, the energy consumption of a device is less than 0.002Kw/1Nm<3> raw material gas, and the technical difficulties of low light hydrocarbon yield and high energy consumption in a conventional light hydrocarbon recovery process are overcome.
