Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of controlling of phase equalization of laser beams, and particularly relates to a control circuit and a control method for phase equalization of the laser beams. According to the control circuit and the control method for the phase equalization of the laser beams, multiple channels of laser beams are extracted, the phase difference information of the laser beams is extracted through a phase control circuit, laser beam phase modulating signals are generated, and laser beam phase control signals are formed. Control over the phase equalization of the multiple channels of the laser beams can be achieved through the control method and the control circuit, and optimum light intensity can be achieved in laser beam synthesis. The control circuit and the control method for the phase equalization of the laser beams have the advantages that the control circuit and the control method are easy to achieve in engineering, and batch production is easy to achieve; the system can be expanded according to actual demands, operation is easy, and effects are obvious.
本发明属于激光光束相位一致性控制领域,具体涉及到的是激光光束相位一致性的控制电路和控制方法。本发明提出了一种激光光束相位控制电路及控制方法,本发明提取多路光束并通过相位控制电路提取激光光束相位差信息,产生激光光束相位调制信号,形成激光光束相位控制信号。本发明能够实现多路光束相位一致性的控制,使光束合成达到最优光强。本发明具有在工程上容易实现,容易批量生产等特点,本发明能根据实际需求对系统扩展,容易操作,效果明显。
