本发明公开了一种新型膜套及其制作方法,其方法包括以下步骤:分别取两片PP水刺亲水无纺布和两片弹力PE膜,并将两片PP水刺亲水无纺布放置于两片弹力PE膜之间;选取需要制作的膜套的模具并对模具进行180℃~250℃的加热;然后对模具施加250N压力,迫使模具压住两片弹力PE膜和两片PP水刺亲水无纺布2~5秒钟;然后瞬间撤去对模具施加的力,移开模具,即得到成型的新型膜套。本发明将高弹力的弹力PE膜和PP水刺亲水无纺布进行热熔粘合,能够得到不容易被扯破的弹力薄膜套,压边的压合强度大,压合结实,在膜套内加入流动的液体后,不渗漏。
The invention discloses a novel membrane sleeve and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: respectively taking two PP (polypropylene) spunlace hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics and two elastic PE (polyethylene) membranes, and placing the two PP spunlace hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics between the two elastic PE films; selecting a mould of a to-be-manufactured membrane sleeve and heating the mould at 180 DEG C-250 DEG C; applying 250N pressure on the mould, so that the mould clamps the two elastic PE membranes and the two PP spunlace hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics for 2-5 seconds; and then, instantly releasing the force applied on the mould and moving away the mould to obtain the formed novel membrane sleeve. According to the invention, high-elasticity elastic PE membranes and the PP spunlace hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics are thermally melted and bonded, so that the elastic membrane sleeve which is not easy to tear off can be obtained; and pressing strength of a pressure side is great, so that pressing is strong; and after adding a flowing fluid in the membrane sleeve, the liquid does not leak.
